Return and Cancellation Policy

  1. Returns:

Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout or to the store credit. Shipping fees for Express and Overnight delivery are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges:

Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Exchange Process: After processing your return, the replacement item will be shipped to you. For urgent exchanges, placing a new order is recommended.
